Meet Your Trainer
My name is Marcel Davis and my motivation to make physical fitness an integral part of my lifestyle came from a desire to move my body more efficiently and reduce pain, prevent the risk of chronic disease, explore the world, embrace outdoor adventures, and, most importantly, to be fully present—and in a better mood when spending time with family and close friends.
After working with a trainer who helped me achieve my own weight loss and muscle building fitness goals, becoming a trainer was my way of sharing the powerful transformative impact that mindful, consistent movement can have on your body and your life!
True fitness success comes from honoring each person’s unique journey—there is no single formula that works for everyone! I will work with you to create a personalized program tailored to your unique goals, lifestyle, and needs. I have worked with clients from ages 14 to 82, across all levels of fitness, and I understand that every stage of life brings its own unique needs. No matter your age or experience, I will meet you where you are and create a plan that supports your goals and moves you forward.
My training approach is delivered in two progressive phases.
Phase 1 focuses on stabilization endurance—prioritizing movement quality, flexibility, core and joint stability, postural alignment, and both muscular and aerobic endurance. The goal is to help you master foundational movement patterns, creating a strong base for safe and effective progression into more challenging exercises.
Phase 2 shifts to strength endurance and muscular development. Once your foundation is solid, we focus on building strength, improving muscular stamina, and enhancing overall physical performance.
This balanced, structured approach ensures you are not just moving better—but also becoming stronger, more resilient, and better prepared for the physical demands of everyday life or athletic goals.
